Amplify Match: Track Individual Matched Candidates in Analytics and Data Replication

Amplify Match now sends a new MatchCandidateDetail event to Bullhorn Analytics and Data Replication, capturing the ATS ID of each candidate surfaced by a Match Candidates step. The existing job-level matching event remains unchanged.

What This Fix Means

Until now, you could see how many candidates a match automation found, but not which ones. Now you can trace individual matches down to the candidate level, making it possible to report on which candidates are being surfaced, how often they match, and whether those matches convert to submissions or placements. This update is automatically available for all Amplify customers with Data Replication and/or Bullhorn Analytics Enterprise, with no configuration required.
